    By using the BidTender platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

    2. Contracting Entity and Services

    The services are provided by DIGITALXPRES LIMITED (Company No. 802020), a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland. BidTender is an AI platform for tender and RFP analysis and response.

    3. Accounts and Permitted Use

    You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You may not use the service to create fraudulent content or infringe third‑party rights.

    4. Intellectual Property

    You retain rights to your content. DIGITALXPRES LIMITED retains all rights to its technology, algorithms, and interface. AI‑generated content is licensed for your internal business use.

    5. Liability

    Services are provided “as is”. DIGITALXPRES LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You remain responsible for verifying outputs prior to submission.

    6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by Irish law. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
